By creating an account on networkKING, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use networkKING. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at info@networkking.es.
You agree not to: • Post false, misleading, or deceptive content • Harass, abuse, or threaten other users • Use the platform for spam or unsolicited commercial messages • Attempt to access other users' accounts without authorization • Use automated tools to scrape or collect data • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Your physical NFC card remains the property of networkKING. We reserve the right to deactivate cards associated with accounts that violate these terms. Lost or stolen cards should be reported immediately via your dashboard.
The networkKING platform, including its design, features, and content, is owned by networkKING and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your profile content but grant us a license to display it on the platform.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Termination does not release you from obligations accrued prior to termination.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. networkKING is not responsible for the actions of other users on the platform.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, networkKING shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Barcelona, Spain.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes via email.
